We get a lot of questions about the services we provide and we have done our best to answer many of them here. Not seeing the answer to your question? Just email us! We typically respond within 24 hours and will be happy to help!

    Do you offer more than just princesses?
    Yes we do! We offer pirates, superheroes, mascots, face painters, cartoonist and more! We also take special request for characters not currently on our line up, when possible!

    I only need an entertainer to come and pose for a few pictures?
    Our pricing is to compensate our cast members and team for their time. Not just the time spent at your event or party, but for the preparation that goes into getting costumed to attend your party or event; Not for specific activities conducted during their visit. If you have a special request for an activity, just let us know and we will work with you to make sure you have an ENCHANTED character experience!

    What do your characters do at parties?
    We come ready to engage your guests and provide the complete enchanted experience! You can find a "general" party itinerary listed under "packages" on our website. Our specific games will vary from party to party, based on a few things , including but not limited to, space provided, ages of children, number of children, and the interest of children. For this reason, we do not garauntee any specific activity. Meeting & Greeting, photo opportunities, and time for birthday cake presentation and song, are always apart of our visits.

    Will you babysit my guests?
    We come strictly to entertain, and require that an adult (either the customer or someone designated by the customer) is always present with the character and guests while the character entertains. For liability reasons and the safety of our team, children are not to be left alone with our team. While we provide an engaging experience, our cast and team can not be responsible for disciplining unruly children. We strive to maintain character authenticity and while our performers are skilled in crowd control it takes away from maintaining the "magic" if we are expected to do so.

    How far in advance should I book my party?
    Ideally, in order to get the date, time, and character you desire, as early as possible. On average , customers book about 2 months in advance. We also have customers that book 6 months to a year in advance to ensure availability.

    What is a mascot character?
    Mascots are our "non-human", non-speaking characters. Because they can not speak, they can not read stories, or conduct games, unlike our "face" characters. Their interaction with children is limited. They are most ideal for photos and meeting & greeting guests. These costumes also have low visibility, so our mascots have to have an attendant with them. For these reasons, and to avoid over heating in these costumes, we typically only offer them as Quick Visits, which are for UP TO 30 mins.

    Do you have a location or do you come to me?
    We bring the party to you! We are a mobile party service. We will entertain at your residence, venue, park, etc. As long as our characters are allowed entry and you have a private space and enough room for your character visit.

    We are not having a party , but still would like a princess visit. Can you accommodate this?
    Yes! We not only offer, specialty packages, but can also design a package specifically for you, based on your needs! Want a "Princess Play-date"? Just let us know and we will work with you to provide an Enchanted character experience!

    Why can't I book a mascot for a full hour?
    One of our top priorities is the safety and well-being of our team and cast members. Mascot costumes , not only, have low visibility, but also become extremely hot, really fast. A Quick visit is ideal for these characters, especially since they do not speak , making their interaction low. It would be hard and uncomfortable, to attempt to fill an hour party with these characters.

    Why is there a mileage fee for certain areas?
    Our hub city, where our supplies are stored, is Crestview. So, any parties outside of this location , not only require an additional trip to Crestview to pick up costumes and supplies, but also requires an additional travel for your characters attendant. When booking ANY character you are booking 2 cast members...the character and their assistant. Which means two people will be traveling to your party.

    What do I need to provide for your characters during my party?
    Proper space to entertain. We may not be able to conduct all of our activities in very small spaces. If your space is limited, be sure to move furniture and anything possible to free up some space. your party could run short on time if we do not have the room to entertain. Proper parking is also needed. Characters can not arrive on time if there is not a place to park. Please provide bottled water , should our character need it.
